Digital offers you the freedom of dictating on the road. If you're out of town, upload voice file to your laptop and e-mail your transcriptionist so he/she can get started right away. As well, you can have mutiple tracks on the same memory card. You can assign different tracks for different clients. Each track becomes a file on it's own. You can also go back and append each track on an individual basis. No need to worry about writing over old tapes or using a courier to send your tapes to a transcriptionist. Now more wow or flutter from old tapes as there is no mechanical drives. Philips uses DSS file format which brings exceptional clarity to the transcriptionist.
